I built ProTeams because I needed it.

By 2023, I was managing 50+ employees across millions of square feet in NYC, NJ, and Dallas. WhatsApp groups were exploding. I was finding out about client complaints from the clients — not my team. I never knew for certain if crews had actually shown up.

I had two decades of software experience and a decade of cleaning operations. The tools available were built by people who had never run a crew. So I built ProTeams to solve the problems I was living.

We will never market to, contact, or solicit any of your clients. Your customer list is yours. It's explicitly protected under the partner agreement.

Geographic separation

We operate in NYC/NJ and Dallas only. If you're in those markets, we apply additional separation protocols — or may decline your application if overlap risk exists.

Months 1–6 are completely free. Months 7–9 are $2/seat/month. Month 10 onward, you're locked at 40% below standard per-seat pricing — permanently, as long as your subscription stays active. Your payment method is required at enrollment but not charged until Month 7.
Absolutely not. ProCleanings operates in NYC/NJ and Verdant operates in Dallas. Those businesses are our real-world testing ground for ProTeams — not a national expansion strategy. Every partner signs a legal agreement with explicit non-solicitation protections for your clients and operational data.
Use the platform in your daily operations and join a 30-minute monthly feedback call. That's it. Testimonials and case study participation are entirely optional and have no impact on your partner benefits.
Yes. Most of our ideal partners are moving away from tools that don't understand cleaning operations — Swept, Connecteam, spreadsheets, or WhatsApp. We help with the transition and data migration as part of white-glove onboarding.
Not at all. If your crew can use WhatsApp, they can use ProTeams. The mobile app is built for field teams, not office workers. We provide full training for supervisors and crew as part of onboarding.
You can leave anytime, no hard feelings and no fees. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. You keep the operational insights you've gained and the relationships you've built.
