She built that experience running operations across two sister companies under common ownership — ProCleanings (2020–2023) and Verdant Building Services (2023–present) — managing 15–20 employees across scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day service delivery. When operations transitioned from ProCleanings to Verdant, she scaled the business by adopting field management software to lock down scheduling and replace "trust me, it's done" with verifiable records of completed work.
That continuity — carrying systems and standards intact from one company into the next — is the throughline of how she operates: hands-on, close to the crews, and relentless about consistency. Staffing, scheduling, and service quality aren't abstractions to her; they're the daily work, and they shape how ProTeams gets built for the people who do it.
