My career spans 13 years running commercial cleaning companies across NYC, NJ, and TX, managing crews of up to 50 cleaners serving hundreds of client accounts, and over 20 years in software as VP of Product, Cognitive AI Lead, and in senior development and delivery leadership at Deloitte & Touche, MTV Networks, Modem Media, and Genpact. ProTeams is where the two paths converge.

Most field software is built by people who've only seen the field in a demo. I've lived the problems the industry treats as background noise: bidding a contract that turns out unprofitable, covering a last-minute no-show, proving to a skeptical client that the work actually got done.

Some contracts lose money from day one. The price looked fine but never got checked against the hours and wages the job actually takes. That's the gap you close when you estimate what to charge for a cleaning job before sending the proposal.

In one case, a client didn't believe a cleaning tech had been onsite at all. ProTeams settled it with GPS-tagged photos of the tech's punch-in and punch-out. ProTeams is built from problems like that, not around a feature list.

My years in enterprise software taught me how to build it. My cleaning companies taught me what to build. Field team management, proof of service, and bidding aren't features I read about in a spec. They're the work I do every day.
